With over 10 years of property investment and management experience Sam became frustrated with his experiences with other property management companies, and created Northumbrian Properties Ltd to address this. Having moved his portfolio into Northumbrian Properties’ management Sam is now ready to offer this solution to other current and prospective investors.

With over 70 years of construction experience between its directors, an extensive footprint across the northeast, and reach across the UK, NicholSmith Ltd has the expertise, skills, experience, and connections to ensure that your investment is maintained with the care, skill, and priority you would expect.
